[Aces-support] ao troubles

When I login to ao, I get the following message:

Last login: Wed Nov 19 11:10:24 2008 from 18.83.7.26
Could not chdir to home directory /home/rose: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/xauth:  error in locking authority file /home/rose/.Xauthority

I'm logged in but have no access to my files.
