[Aces-support] problems with cluster

Hi
Thanks for reviving the cluster. However, I still face some problems 
when trying to use it. The two main problems I face are:

1) can't get any job to run on AO or GEO, and ITRDA only works with the 
ONE queue and wouldn't allow access to any other queue.
Yesterday I thought AO's queue was backed-up because of wangp's many 
jobs, but now the queue appears to be stuck for everyone, for instance:

2) I can't get access to the Matlab license server from ITRDA's compute 
nodes:

a48-206-021% module load matlab/2007a
a48-206-021% matlab License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -15

MATLAB is unable to connect to the license server. 
Check that the license manager has been started, and that the MATLAB client machine can communicate with the license server.
