[Aces-support] problem loging in to cluster

Ho Ho Ho!!!

Suddenly, I can't login to the cluster. AO answers pings and shows the 
SSH login screen, but would not accept my password. GEO doesn't respond 
to pings or SSH requests.
I have a feeling it is something in the Green building again, as my 
office desktop computer doesn't answer pings or ssh either.
Sad. :-(      At least my model is still running, presumably.
