[Aces-support] ACES frozen again?

I've tried to log on to itrda, ao, and geo and get the same behavior: It 
authenticates with my key (very slowly), gives me a command prompt, then 
ceases to respond as soon as I type a command.  This is the same 
behavior that was going on a few days ago - is the switch on the fritz 
again?
