[Aces-support] "svn: SSL not supprted" error

Hi
When I try to use subversion (SVN) I get an error message saying that 
SSL is not supported. It worked fine just a couple of weeks ago...
A Google search of this problem reveals that NEon, a library that SVN is 
using, needs to be configured and compiled with a "with-ssl" flag of 
some sort.
(e.g.

Any ideas or suggestions?
