[Aces-support] initial password

BTW, "hanlimc" does not include any "hal" but includes "han." So, can you 
check that again?

The thing is I applied for the accounts a couple of times but haven't been 
succeeded in log-on. I was wondering whether this is because I didn't get 
the account or because I don't know the password.

Unless you can find one starting with "han," I'll fill out the form. Please 
let me know.
