[Aces-support] job won't die

Would you please kill job 52775.geo?  It has exceeded its time limit but
won't die, even by qdel.  And I'm getting a ton of emails identical to that
below.

The job doesn't seem to have actually run -- it has no SessID and doesn't
seem to have produced any output.  Any ideas why?
