[12003] problem set 3

Hi folks,

Some of you have had questions about what to do for the moist adiabatic lapse
rate on problem set 3 as no value is given. For the purposes of problem set 3, 
you may assume that the moist adiabatic lapse rate is constant, with a value of
7 K/km. This isn't a great approximation - in fact the value of the lapse
rate varies quite a lot in the troposphere, as you can read in section 4.5.2
of the notes. But for the purposes of this problem set, it's an assumption 
that we will make nonetheless.
